Installs railing posts directly on composite decks or concrete surfaces – no treated 4x4 post required. Six-inch adjustable top block allows easy extension from 36" to 42" height. Optional Deck Mounting and Leveling Kit includes surface and bottom plates, leveling bolts, mounting bolts, washers and nuts.
